2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Process

Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Ship it to the address provided (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective/damaged).
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

We do not allow exchanges for different variants, fragrances, or product preferences once an order is delivered in good condition.
Exchange Time Frame
At YOUNIK Skincare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
